Blueberry Banana Smoothie…with Flax.

Here’s what you’ll need:

16 oz Vanilla almond milk

¾ cup frozen blueberries

1 fresh banana

1 tablespoon of flax

Ready to make smoothies?:

Put all ingredients into a blender..and blend. Hmmm…that was easy.

Have a smoothie-in-the-summer-kind-of-day.
