Day three started with Belgian waffles. Of course, the kiddos were ready to get out into the snow (again) so once we ate, and go dressed, we headed outside. 2K1A8022There was so much snow that needed to be shoveled out of the driveway, so Grey decided to shovel it into a pile and make a snow fort for the kids. 2K1A8113I can’t speak for them, but I’m pretty sure the guys were snow shoveled out by the end of the weekend…2K1A80872K1A8124There’s nothing like getting all warm and toasty by the fire after being out in the freezing cold…2K1A81372K1A8154

That evening we stayed up past the kid’s bedtime and played Mexican Train, until everyone was just so tired and silly. The next day was the day to clean up, pack up, and go home. 2K1A8260As we were washing the dishes and getting the cabin in tip top shape, the power went out! We did our best to clean everything up just was we left it in spite of it.2K1A8326 After rounds and rounds around the house, and to the truck, it was finally time to leave. 2K1A83232K1A82822K1A82552K1A83322K1A8329After four feet of snow, and lots of new memories, I can’t wait until next year!

Love, Grey & Brianna
