Day one started with some sniffles and sneezes. Day two, he and I were up in the middle of the night reading Llama Llama books next to a mountain of crinkled up tissues. Day three he slept until 1:00 in the afternoon, and here we are on day four. Things are finally clearing up and we are on our way out of this thing….and now Grey seems to be sniffling and sneezing…
As soon as I heard the first little sniff, I got the house locked and loaded with our “we’re-not-letting-this-thing-hang-around” armor. Here’s the recipe ;):

- Vick’s Vapor Rub
- Coconut Water
- Plenty of reading material
- Fresh fruit
- Smoothies, Smoothies, and more Smoothies!
- Soft Comfy Clothes
- Getting outside, daily
- Ingredients to make homemade soup
- A cancelled schedule.
Directions: Use every ingredient as needed, laugh as much as you possibly can, sleep regularly, and stay busy with leisurely activities.
