Our Home-Style Meatloaf.

I made this recipe up last night and though it was quite tasty. Its savory and sweet meatloaf, that we will definitely be making again. The onions add moisture and the brown sugar adds a hint of sweetness. This meatloaf doesn’t need any of the usual condiments paired with it (ketchup, BBQ sauce, etc.) Give it a shot, let me know 😉

Here’s what you’ll need:

1 lb grass fed beef

½ red onion

1 clove of garlic, minced 

1 tsp Montreal’s steak seasoning

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 egg

¼ cup bread crumbs

 Let’s make meatloaf!:

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl with hands. Push down in a loaf pan or a regular 8×8 baking glass baking dish.* Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes.

*I prefer to use a regular glass baking dish because I don’t want to ruin my fancy pancy non-stick loaf pan that I use for yummy banana and zucchini bread.
